PARIKRAMA

A Walk Through India

Parikrama is a journey through India as remembered, observed and imagined by the artist.

A collection born from movement, it traces an intimate walk through the many layers of the land — its colours, forms, textures, stories and quiet moments. Each work becomes a glimpse along the way, capturing something familiar yet elusive; something that belongs to a place, a memory, or perhaps to the collective imagination of a land.

The journey is not simply geographical. It is an inward one too — a wandering through fragments of memory and a search for the essence of a place that is constantly changing, yet deeply rooted in what came before.

Parikrama is a walk around a land, but also a way of looking inward — pausing at what catches the eye, following what stirs the memory, and allowing the journey itself to unfold.

“Embedded in her journey are glimpses of a land she continues to discover — its stories, its mysteries, and all that remains, forever.”
